At Graceland at Garden Ridge, we seek to understand the needs and desires of each resident and their family through in-depth interviews and accurate assessments. We will work with the resident and their family to determine which of our four levels of care best suits the needs of the individual. Our services are uniquely tailored to the individual to provide the right level of assistance with such activities as: medication supervision and administration, dressing, dining, ambulation and escorting, timely reminders, bathing, incontinence care, and other personal care items.
