Levels of Care

Level 1

These basic services are provided to all residents and include the following:

  •  Bedroom Three balanced nutritious meals served daily
  • Snacks served between meals
  • Weekly housekeeping which included bed linen service
  • Scheduled transportation for shopping & special events
  • Educated & trained staff on-site 24 hours a day
  • Planned activities and recreation, arts and crafts
  • Daily resident safety checks
  • Round-the-clock emergency call response system
  • Specialized delivery services
  • Beauty/Barber services
  • Exercise classes
  • Educational classes to promote physical & mental health
  • Paid utilities (except telephone and cable)
  • Laundry facilities with washer and dryers
  • Suite maintenance including plumbing, heating & A/C

Level 2

Residents who require regular personal attention and more supervision with medication may select the Level 2 which includes the following services:

  •  bus All of the Level 1 services
  • Regular assistance with activities of daily living
  • Supervision of medication
  • Occasional reality orientation
  • Therapeutic diets

Level 3

Residents who need very close attention for all activities for daily living and/or medication administration will receive the Level 3 Plan which includes the following services:

  • All of Level 1 &Level 2 services
  • Medication administration
  • Frequent assistance with activities of daily living
  • Frequent reality orientation
  • Daily housekeeping
